What modes of payment are accepted?

We accept payments via a debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Alternatively, we also accept payments via bank transfer, Alipay, or Stripe. Contact us if you have specific payment-related inquiries.

Will you ensure the confidentiality of my information/documents?

Yes! We ensure the confidentiality and security of your work using the 128-bit SSL industry standard to encrypt and transfer your data. This makes your files accessible only to you and Rezenebe.

Can you provide me with a non-disclosure agreement (and/or a service agreement)?

Yes. Our customer support specialist will email you signed copies of the agreements, which you can cross-sign and return to us. Contact us if you require these documents.

Do you offer a student discount?

Are your prices inclusive of all taxes?

What style guides do you work with?

We can implement any style guide to your writing, including the AMA, APA, MLA, Turabian, CMOS, OSCOLA, Harvard, Vancouver, and CSE, among others. If you require a specific journal’s style guide or a corporate/internal style guide, kindly send us the details/link.

Will my document be edited and/or written professionally?

Yes. Your document will be professionally edited and/or written by a language/area-of-focus specialist who is a native English speaker. The tone (i.e., professional, informal, business, etc.) will be maintained throughout your paper while removing all errors (i.e., grammatical, punctuation, spelling, and typographical) and improving the style, fluency, clarity, sentence structure, and coherence.

Do you provide a certificate of editing (/writing)?

Yes, we do provide a certificate of editing (/writing), which can be provided (as proof) to any organization/individual to whom you submit your edited document. Contact us to request your certificate of editing (and/or writing).

Can you proofread my document more quickly than the standard turnaround time?

Definitely – choose the Express Proofreading option when submitting your order for a faster turnaround. Do you also edit PDFs?

Yes, we edit PDFs by creating comments or annotations to your document. Due to the restrictions of the PDF format, our editors’ changes cannot be directly tracked in the main text. Instead, we leave annotations for you specifying wherever changes need to be made.

We also work on the following document formats: .docx, .doc, .pptx, .odt, .tex, .rtx, .rft, .lyx, and .txt files. If your file is in an image format, such as .jpeg or .png, no worries! Contact us to place an order.

Can you just proofread my document to remove any errors? I don’t want to risk changing the meaning of my document?

Yes, we can certainly limit our services to basic proofreading and error' correction. Our editors understand that certain types of text (such as legal documents) are extremely sensitive to semantic changes. We make absolutely sure that our changes never modify your intended meaning in any way. If any changes required for grammar or language correction could possibly affect the interpretation of your text, these edits are suggested in or highlighted through comments; they are not directly implemented without your confirmation. This gives you complete control over the meaning of your document.

Can you reduce the word count of documents?

We certainly improve the concision of all your documents. However, substantially reducing the word count risks either diluting or entirely changing your arguments and intended meaning. Therefore, as a policy, we reduce the word count of any document by up to 10% of the original word count; we do not go beyond this limit.

Can you help make my content more engaging and impactful?

Definitely! To begin with, we make your content more trustworthy and authoritative by removing any embarrassing errors in the grammar, punctuation, spelling, or language. Then we go beyond errors to make your document more powerful. Your edited document keeps readers engaged using a richer vocabulary and stronger sentence structure. Do you provide fact-checking services?

Fact-checking requires extensive research and may entail changing the content of your document; this lies beyond the scope of our copyediting but within that of our copywriting services. Can you format (NOT edit) content written in Chinese, Spanish, German, or Arabic?

Currently, we don’t edit and proofread text written in any language other than English. However, we do provide formatting-only editing for content in other languages, provided the non-English text can be left unedited.

What is your revision policy?

We can revise your document based on the editor’s comments. Kindly place a revision request with your order number, which the editor will process quickly. Contact us to place a revision request.

Please note that revision requests must be made within 30 days of your initial order delivery. Any new content or requirements will be subject to charges.

Lessons can be scheduled during working hours. If a time is unavailable, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a time based on your schedule.

We can occasionally change the lesson time with 24 hours’ notice in case of an emergency.

Where are the English lessons held?

The English lessons will be held online via Zoom/Skype (or, if needed, WhatsApp, FaceTime, WeChat, QQ, Naver, Messenger, or Telegram).

How long are the English lessons?

The English lessons can be either 1 hour or 30 minutes. However, 30-min blocks can be added to the time when scheduling a lesson/course.

Do you have private and group English classes?

We only offer private (one-on-one) English lessons that are customized for your needs/goals.

This enables you to improve quickly and maximize your returns on investment of time and money. This also enables us to create a course designed around your schedule.

What is the curriculum for the English lessons?

The curriculum is designed for each student based on needs/goals.

During your free trial lesson, we will discuss your goals; subsequently we will continue to work together to design the right curriculum for you.

What teaching style do you use?

At Rezenebe, we focus on the communicative approach, tailored to your needs/goals. Through this approach, you will learn new grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills. Upon request, corrections can be given immediately after a mistake, at the end of the lesson, or according to the tutor’s style. Feedback and ways to improve will also be given at the end of each lesson cycle (~weekly).

This encourages the independent use of English and helps you build confidence and stay motivated.

Do you use a specific textbook?

For the tutoring program, the needs/goals of each student may differ; therefore, we will provide the appropriate lesson material for your level and goals.

What are the prices?

We offer different lesson options. Prices vary based on the type and number of lessons you purchase. Please view our English lesson options or contact us for any specific/individual requests.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Please contact us ASAP, and we will help you reschedule or cancel your appointment.

All reschedule/cancelation requests must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, 33% of the fee will be forfeited.

How much is the fee for Rezenebe consulting?

The initial (informational) consultation fee is $21. Our specific consultation fees can be found here. You will always be notified of the exact fees before booking an appointment, and you can then decide whether or not to proceed.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Please contact us ASAP, and we will help you reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Under what circumstances will I be referred to a clinic/hospital/healthcare center?

We will refer you to a local healthcare center if your condition requires it. Currently, 9 out of 10 patients who contact us obtain the help/answers they need directly. Only 1 out of 10 patients are referred to a physical healthcare provider for further evaluation and/or assistance.

How long is the wait-time for a consultation with a healthcare professional?

We strive to provide you with care as soon as possible, and you can book an online consultation in a few minutes; you can see the available time slots. If you are experiencing an emergency, call the emergency services hotline in your country or go to your local healthcare facility/center immediately.

Who will have access to my medical information (/records)?

Only the direct medical staff at Rezenebe that you come into contact with will have access to your medical information (/records).

Rezenebe is compliant with the HIPAA (USA), GDPR (EU), Data Protection Act (UK), CBPR (APAC), PIPA (S. Korea), CSL (PRC), and PPDS (Israel).

Is my insurance card valid when I book an consultation with Rezenebe?
