The Life Time Word for the calling that led Rev. Alfred K. Awuah into the Lord’s ministry reads: “Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.” Colossians 1:28.

Rev. Awuah holds a M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theology Seminary (Pasadena, California; USA).

Rev. Alfred K. Awuah, who had been with the Church of Pentecost throughout his life and was popularly called “Pastor Awuah”, has preached to thousands of people in his home country of Ghana, the United States, and beyond. He was sent to the USA and Canada as a missionary for several years until his retirement.

After retiring, Pastor Awuah still felt energized by the Holy Spirit to continue the Lord’s work and so deemed it fit to establish the Calvary Believers’ Mission in 2005.

Like other world-renowned evangelists such as the late Billy Graham, who preached to millions of people around the world even during his late 80’s, Pastor Awuah has prayed the Lord to grant him the grace and heavenly gift of Billy Graham to continue persuing his God-given passion for reaching lost souls.

Rev. Edmund Asare, before joining the CBM ministry, had been working as an accountant for the Ghana Trading Company at Koforidua, Ghana (Eastern Region).

Rev. Asare is affectionately called Pastor Asare. He was ordained into full-time ministry in 2008 and has since been active and faithful in the Lord’s ministry.

Apart from his evangelistic drive, Pastor Asare also loves to visit church members. He is always passionate about the Lord’s work!
